the appointment of Dato' Ahmad Shukri Bin Tajuddin as its new President effective
9th January 2024. Dato' Ahmad Shukri is a Director of NanoMalaysia Bhd since November 2011 and Chairman of the Board Nomination and Remuneration Committee (BNRC). He also sits as a member of the Board of NanoMalaysia Commerce Sdn Bhd. He has over 36 years of experience in various capacities in the private and government sector and has an accumulated vast experience in the Development of Industrial Parks, Industrial
promotion, business strategies, management and technology development. Dato' Ahmad Shukri was the founding member of Kulim Hi Tech Park where he served as the Chief Executive Officer for 18 years. In 2009 he joined the MMC Group and was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of Senai Hi Tech Park. He was also the former
Chief Executive Officer of Kedah Invest Bhd and Kedah Menteri Besar Incorporated. Dato' Ahmad Shukri was also the former Chairman of UniMAP Holdings Sdn Bhd (a company of University Malaysia Perlis) and a member of MIGHT Nurturing Technology
San Bhd where he served on the Board for 15 years.
