A Remarkable "Saudi Trade Mission" in Kuala Lumpur – Despite Unexpected Challenges


We were honored to welcome 30 leading Saudi companies to Kuala Lumpur as part of the Saudi Trade Mission held on 27 October 2025 at the Grand Millennium Hotel. The mission brought together top players across Technology, FinTech, Tourism, Transportation, and Consulting, creating an invaluable platform for high-level B2B engagement and partnership development.

Due to the 47th ASEAN Summit, the city faced significant roadblocks, security closures, and capacity limitations that affected movement and event access. Despite these unexpected constraints and last-minute capacity changes, the mission remained a productive, insightful, and highly meaningful experience.

We appreciate the patience, flexibility, and professionalism of all participating companies and partners. Your commitment ensured the mission’s success in strengthening Saudi–Malaysian economic collaboration and opening new channels for strategic investment.
